New tube format! Perylene Green is a distinctive pigment known for its versatility in color mixing! It offers a rich, deep green hue with subtle undertones that range from earthy to vibrant. Its unique chemical composition allows it to blend seamlessly with other colors, producing a wide spectrum of shades and tones. 

When mixed with yellows, Perylene green can create lush, natural greens perfect for landscapes and botanical illustrations. Conversely, blending it with blues yields serene teal tones ideal for seascapes or atmospheric effects. 

Combining Perylene Green with reds or browns results in muted, earthy hues suitable for rustic scenes or architectural details. Its ability to harmonize with a diverse range of colors makes Perylene green an especially dynamic color.

Made by hand in Assisi, our watercolors are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigments, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.
