PALETTE BUILDER INFORMATION AND DISCOUNTS

We are excited to now offer a palette builder tool! You can build your own personalized watercolor palette by select colors to fill an empty watercolor palette or by adding colors to a prepackaged set. By selecting 12 half pans or 6 full pans or more you will receive a discount at checkout when using the palette builder feature. If you fill any size palette, when starting from an empty watercolor palette, the discount at check out will be the cost of the watercolor tin of your selected size. If you start from a prepackaged palette product, you will receive a brush with the palette. The brush included in the set will be indicated according to the product you chose as your starting point. Is not possible to add the same color more than once with the palette builder tool. When building your palette it is possible to select either half pans or full pans, but not a combination of the two. What are your order processing times?

Starting in August 2024, we are excited to offer faster processing times! USA 1-2 business days and 2-3 days for all other destinations! As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option you have selected.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?

VAT taxes are not included in the prices for our products. The shipping costs are calculated in the final steps of the checkout process, and do not include local VAT or import duties. If applicable, VAT taxes may vary depending on where you live in the world. If your country requires VAT or import duties, you will be asked to pay them upon import. Questions? HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create an account, please click the account symbol at the top of this page and select “Create account.” You will be prompted to fill out your information and a password. To ensure the fastest check out and to save your order history we recommend creating an account.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number. Please allow us 2-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND REPAIRS?

Please contact us right away if your item is defective or damaged. We will replace the item if defective. Please attach a photo and a description of the issue to your email so we can best assist you. If you would like to return an undamaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Thank you.

ARE A. GALLO WATERCOLORS VEGAN FRIENDLY?

Our watercolors are crafted according to a traditional recipe. This recipe includes local honey from Umbria, which increases the colors wet-ability, brilliance and longevity. We also use a small quantity of Oxgall as a wetting agent. Ox gall is of animal origin. Animal well being is an issue important to us, and we are testing synthetic alternatives to this ingredient. SHIPPING METHODS

Your order will be shipped according to the shipment method that you have selected at checkout. This method appears on your order confirmation email. If you have any questions about the shipping method that you have selected or would like us to set up a shipping method to your country please contact us at ciao@agallocolors.com.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow us 1-2 days to pack and ship your order from the United States and 2-3 days to pack and ship your order for all other destinations. Delivery times vary by shipping option. Some shipping options include International DHL Express, Aramex, Fedex and USPS in the United States. Please note that DHL and Aramex Express CAN NOT deliver to PO Box addresses. DHL CAN NOT ship to AFO/FFPO addresses in the USA, while USPS can.

Please note that the delivery timing with US Standard shipping method for Hawaii may take up to 8 days business days.

DHL Express shipping to Canada has a standard of 2-3 business days delivery time. However, this timing may change to 5-8 business days for certain delivery areas depending on DHL internal organization. You will receive the exact delivery timing directly from DHL when your shipment will be ready to ship.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. A. Gallo Colors is not responsible for customs duties or delays due to customs.

SHIPPING TO REMOTE LOCATIONS

The shipping costs at check out reflect standard shipping rates. If you live in a remote area, DHL will charge us an additional 20 EURO to ship to your location. If this occurs, we will contact you to request payment for that difference in cost.
