Made by hand in Assisi, our watercolors are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigments, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.

Not intended for use by children. Wash hands after use. A. Gallo Colors are all cadmium, cobalt, lead and mercury free.

Love A. Gallo Tubes

We pack in a carryon only model when we travel these days, so I’ve had to leave my larger sets of A. Gallo pans behind in the interest of saving space and weight. I picked up the full set of A. Gallo watercolor tubes and a couple of Art Toolkit Folio palettes, so I can build some custom palettes and take my favorite paints with me once again. Thanks for starting the tube line and I look forward to seeing future colors offered in tubes, especially more of the Naturale 36 colors.
