Handmade watercolor set of twelve individually wrapped half pans in a metal tin with two mixing surfaces and color chart printed on Arches watercolor paper. The Soft Iridescent handmade watercolor set is packaged with original marbled paper by a Florentine artisan workshop and comes inside an elegant gift box Made in Italy.
Made by hand in Assisi, our watercolors are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigments, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.
The synthetic squirrel fiber in the new 1337, is firmly secured to the tumbled handle thanks to a special bi component glue and the ferrule, which is made out of plastic material and bound with golden wire. This grants not only a high stability but also and most importantly a great water resistance. Cap in matte black.
A. Gallo Colors are 100% handmade. Pans may contain small imperfections like tiny bubbles and minor blemishes. This does not affect the quality of the paint and is a sign of the human touch that goes into making each and every unique pan!
Half pans present a choking hazard and are not intended for use by children. Please also keep out of reach of pets. A. Gallo Colors are all cadmium, cobalt, lead and mercury free.

Love my new collection of this iridescent paint set. It doesn't scream attention like other glitter-oriented paints out there, but soft and understated sophistication when painted on paper. You enjoy the craftsmanship more when inspecting them close up. I have yet to figure out if I want to paint the whole painting with it or just use it for highlights. I think they make perfect paintings for holiday or special occasions. I think they will look great on black paper.
