I May Have To Switch!

I may have to switch to using ONLY A. Gallo watercolors.

I don't usually use different materials during a plein air event but I recently did just that during an event in Florida, USA. The result: rich, delicious color. I was so pleased that I used only A. Gallo paints during the entire week. Not only are the paints rich but also some of the colors had a granulating quality that made my plein air paintings that much better.

Rich and Vibrant Colors

I ordered a pallet of basic colors and added to it 23 more for 24 colors. I have now used them for about a week and love them. I'm a beginner with watercolors so still having a bit of trouble mixing colors and finding exactly how much or little water to use. I'm taking a couple of online courses now and some of the colors that they want to be used ,you don't have or you're calling them by a different name. I'll figure it out eventually!
