Returns & Refunds

General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from A. Gallo Colors.

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days.

Items must be returned:

  • unused and in original condition
  • in their original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 14 days after receiving the return

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are only refunded in case of:
  • defective items
  • incorrect items sent

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Customs & Duties

For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

We will provide a prepaid return label only if:

  • the item is defective
  • the wrong item was shipped

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Carefully pack the item
  3. Ship it back using a trackable shipping service and provide tracing information

We recommend keeping your tracking number until the refund is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will arrange:

  • a replacement or
  • a full refund, including shipping costs

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
  • Items not returned in original condition may incur a loss in value
