We accept returns.
Contact us at ciao@agallocolors.com within 14 days of delivery.
Send items back within 20 days of delivery.
Condition of Returns
If the item is not returned in its original condition, has been used or unwrapped the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Return Fees
- If the item received is damaged: the return cost will be covered by us.
- If the wrong item was sent: the return cost will be covered by us.
- An undamaged item: you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: up to 14 days after receiving the return
The original shipping fee (if applicable ) is non-refundable.
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost (if applicable).
For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed Package
If your package has been unclaimed it will be sent back to us.
We will contact you in order to determine if the order should be reshipped or refunded.
Original shipping costs and customs fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the buyer does not come back to us within 15 days, the order will no longer be able to be reshipped and not refunded.
