PALETTE BUILDER INFORMATION AND DISCOUNTS

We are excited to now offer a palette builder tool! You can build your own personalized watercolor palette by select colors to fill an empty watercolor palette or by adding colors to a prepackaged set. By selecting 12 half pans or 6 full pans or more you will receive a discount at checkout when using the palette builder feature. If you fill any size palette, when starting from an empty watercolor palette, the discount at check out will be the cost of the watercolor tin of your selected size. If you start from a prepackaged palette product, you will receive a brush with the palette. The brush included in the set will be indicated according to the product you chose as your starting point. Is not possible to add the same color more than once with the palette builder tool. When building your palette it is possible to select either half pans or full pans, but not a combination of the two. What are your order processing times?

Starting in August 2024, we are excited to offer faster processing times! USA 1-2 business days and 2-3 days for all other destinations! As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option you have selected.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?

VAT taxes are not included in the prices for our products. The shipping costs are calculated in the final steps of the checkout process, and do not include local VAT or import duties. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND REPAIRS?

Please contact us right away if your item is defective or damaged. We will replace the item if defective. Please attach a photo and a description of the issue to your email so we can best assist you. If you would like to return an undamaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Thank you.

ARE A. GALLO WATERCOLORS VEGAN FRIENDLY?

Our watercolors are crafted according to a traditional recipe. This recipe includes local honey from Umbria, which increases the colors wet-ability, brilliance and longevity. We also use a small quantity of Oxgall as a wetting agent. Ox gall is of animal origin. Animal well being is an issue important to us, and we are testing synthetic alternatives to this ingredient. La nostra tavolozza artigianale in legno di ciliegio, realizzata in Italia, è disponibile con pennelli tascabili di diverse misure, da 2 a 6!

Scegli tra la serie sintetica Gold 1328 , la serie sintetica Vajo 1327 o la serie tradizionale Mop 1337 ! Realizzato in collaborazione con la ditta Tintoretto Brushes di Arezzo.

Questa speciale tavolozza in legno di ciliegio contiene 9 mezzi pennelli e il vano inferiore contiene i 3 pennelli tascabili Tintoretto nelle misure 2-4-6. La tavolozza, realizzata a mano, è contenuta in un sacchetto di lino 100% italiano fatto a mano.

I pennelli Tintoretto serie 1327 o 1337 sono realizzati in fibre sintetiche di scoiattolo Kazan, con un'eccellente ritenzione del colore e morbidezza, oltre a una punta molto sottile e resistente all'usura. Le fibre sintetiche di scoiattolo del 1337 sono legate al manico burattato con un filo dorato. Cappuccio nero opaco.

I nuovi pennelli sintetici della serie 1328 in oro sono ideali per tecniche di pittura di precisione in cui è richiesta la tenuta e il ritorno della punta sottile. Il 1328 ha una ghiera in ottone nichelato e un manico metallico.

cherry wood palette

I bought this as a gift . It's so beautiful! Such wonderful, usable design! This was my third purchase from A Gallo. EVERY PURCHASE has exceeded expectations.

Beautiful and portable

This is a beautiful and well thought cherrywood box, where you can carry 9 half pans (example : 6 spaces for your primary colours, warm and cool , and the other 3 for those so useful earth tones, like raw and burnt sienna and burnt umber). On the opposite side, you can carry three travel brushes. You also have a palette, but I never used it. I prefer porcelain. This box is so nice, you may think twice before starting to use it, as it will inevitably get stained at some point. That’s OK 🙂

Absolutely love my palette! I abruptly out my set of 9 Medley paint pans into it and I’ve used the brushes as well! What a wonderful set. I’m saving up for the biggest palette in A.Gallo pans. I just love the scents of the paint. The scents of herbs and honey make the painting all the more experiential and wonderful!!
