Why is A. Gallo Colors always sold out?

Our handmade watercolors are created and released in limited quantities each month. We restock our shop every month with our latest production. The shop typically sells out within hours, so to ensure you don’t miss out we recommend joining our newsletter and follow us on Instagram for updates on the next release. We also send email notifications to our waiting list customers as soon as products become available. Sign up on our product pages to be the first to know!

When is the next shop restock?

Our next restock will be May 25th at 4pm CEST! Join our newsletter and follow us on Instagram for updates on the next release. Please check the time difference where you are in the world! We set a countdown timer on Instagram Stories the day before the restock. If you follow us, you will can turn it on as a reminder. It will automatically adjust the time to your timezone. From time to time we also have surprise flash shop restocks for our newsletter subscribers.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship all around the world! If you do not see a shipping option for your country, please contact us and we will establish a shipping option for your country. For more information about our shipping policies please click here.

Will I be charged tax?

VAT taxes are not included in the prices for our products. The shipping costs are calculated in the final steps of the checkout process, and do not include local VAT or import duties. If applicable, VAT taxes may vary depending on where you live in the world. If your country requires VAT or import duties, you will be asked to pay them upon import. Questions? How do I create an Account?

To create an account, please click SIGN IN at the top of this page and select “Create account.” You will be prompted to fill out your information and a password. To ensure the fastest check out possible during the scheduled restock, we recommend creating an account in advance. This will save you time during the day of the restock, when products are selling out quickly.

How can I add an item to my order, I forgot to add an item at checkout?

Please try to place a single order. This helps us to process and ship everyone’s orders as soon as possible. However, if you have checked out and would like more products to be shipped in the same package, please place a second order and let us know the number of the order it should be combined with in the notes at checkout. We will refund you the shipping overcharges. Please allow several business days for the shipping refund to arrive back in your account.

Where is my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number. Please allow us 7 business days to prepare and ship your order. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option you have selected. Is it possible to preorder your watercolors?

We are an artisan company and our exclusive production is in high demand! In order to best serve everyone, we ask you to please place your order during our scheduled restocks. If you have extenuating circumstances or would like to give a gift for a time sensitive occasion, please contact our customer service at ciao@agallocolors.com and we can try to make an exception to you!

HOW DO I RECEIVE A FREE WATERCOLOR TIN AND BRUSH?

Mix and match to create a personal collection! Select 12 colors of your choice and receive them inside one of our metal tins with a size 6 pocket brush and gift packaging at no additional cost. Less than 12 colors will come individually packaged. If you have any questions regarding your personalised palette, feel free to contact us. Watercolor tins are also available for purchase in five sizes.

What is your policy for returns and repairs?

Please contact us right away if your item is defective or damaged. We will replace the item if defective. Please attach a photo and a description of the issue to your email so we can best assist you. If you would like to return an undamaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Thank you.

While I was checking out, an item disappeared from my cart. Now it is no longer available.

Many orders are being placed at the same time during our shop restock. It happens from time to time, that products in a customers cart may sell out before they have a chance to check out. If this has happened to you, we apologize for this inconvenience. Please let us know your order number and the item that sold out by email, and we will check our reserve inventory to see if we can help you.

Are A. Gallo watercolors vegan friendly?

Our watercolors are crafted according to a traditional recipe. This recipe includes local Umbrian honey, which increases their wet-ability, brilliance and longevity. We also use a small quantity of Oxgall as a wetting agent. Ox gall is of animal origin. Animal well being is an issue important to us, and we are testing synthetic alternatives to this ingredient. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
